When placing your order, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, as refunds, exchanges and replacements will not be issued towards orders with a incorrect shipping address 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. 

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or phone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Safe Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Lost/StolenPackages 

Safe Haven is not liable for any products lost/stolen during shipping. Refunds and replacements unfortunately cannot be made on lost or stolen items. If your package says it had been delivered but you are missing that package, please contact USPS directly

Return to sender packages  

If a package is returned back to me for any reason such as incorrect address, refunds and replacements cannot be issued, however I will be more than happy to send the package back to you. You will be responsible of payment for shipping and the status of your package.
