Safe Haven currently does not offer refunds or returns on handmade products
Please be sure to carefully read descriptions of items before purchasing.
Exchanges
Safe Haven will offer exchanges only under the circumstances that a request is done so within 2 weeks after your order arriving. No exchanges will be issued if I am contacted after the 2 weeks of your order being delivered. Exchanges can only be made with a product of the same value.
Reasons for Exchanges are as follows
-Wrong size of a item such as rings
-You decide you'd like something else instead
Exchanges/Replacements for damaged product
If your order happens to show up damaged please note that Safe Haven is not liable for that damaged item however, I am more than happy to offer a replacement for the same exact item that was damaged or a exchange for an item of the same value. Exchanges/replacements for damaged orders will only be accepted if the request is done no later than 2 days after receiving your order. No exchanges/replacements for damaged product will be issued if I am contacted after the 2 days of you order being delivered. If you receive damaged product please make sure to include a picture in your email.
Damage to a product will be as follows
-Broken product
-Any chips/deep starches to product
Safe Haven will not offer Exchanges/Replacements for any other reason
Please note, all items sold at Safe Haven are made by hand. It is my greatest goal to ensure each item I make is just like the next, however each item can have minor differences. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. Exchanges/Replacements can not be made for this reason.
